Assay Development Leader

Salary: £100,000 + Bonus + Car
Our client is a global diagnostics leader in both automated and manual assays. Due to their continued growth and success they are looking to recruit an Assay Development Leader to guide international teams through immunoassay programmes.
Your New Challenge
- You will be responsible for the development and planning of all activities within assay development programmes
- You will be leading teams across 3 countries including R&D teams and Project Managers
- Reporting directly to the CEO you will work with him and the Executive Team to set milestones and agree on projects
- You will also be growing your team
Your Experience
- Educated in a Life Science discipline, MSc of higher
- At least 4 years of experience in the Developing Assays
- You have had success in Project Management, a qualification would be great but isn’t essential
- Team Leadership experience, internationally would be a bonus
- You have an understanding of Chemiluminescence
